To be attached to your Partner account, your client has to send a request to support@fbs.com with the following information included:
- Client's full name;
- Client's account number;
- An attached scanned copy of the ID/passport that has been used for Personal Area verification;
- Your referral ID, name and Partner account number;
- Confirmation that your client agrees with Cashback service cancellation (in case the client has Cashback service switched on).
