How can I change my phone number?

You can change your phone number in your Profile settings:

1. Go to the "Profile" page;
   
   
   
2. Click on your phone number;
3. Confirm your old number by clicking on the "Request a code" button;
4. Enter the code you received to the old number and click “Confirm”;
5. Enter a new phone number and click on the "Request a code" button again;
6. Enter the code and click “Confirm”.

What if I don’t have access to my old number?

In case your old number has been lost, to change it you need to send a request to our e-mail address support@fbs.com with the following information:

1. Your full name;
2. Your new number;
3.  A photo where you hold your passport / ID card (or any other document used for verification of your Personal Area) near your face. Like this:
